FeedFort uses photocell technology to sense light and automatically open or close. When daylight arrives, FeedFort opens so your flock can access its feed. At dusk, it automatically closes to help secure the feed until dawn.

That means you no longer have to be “up with the chickens” for the morning feeding or home at sundown to secure the feed. Let the sun do the work!

FeedFort holds up to 50 lbs. of crumble or pellet feed.

FeedFort measures approximately 22 × 16 × 16 inches and weighs approximately 12 lbs.

Each FeedFort has three feeding holes. Depending on the size of your birds, two to three chickens can comfortably eat from each feeding hole at the same time.

Of course, those numbers can “go right out the coop door” during the morning and evening feeding frenzy!

• Designed to reduce feed waste. FeedFort's design allows feed to descend gradually, helping minimize unnecessary spillage and waste.

FeedFort is designed for chickens of different colors, shapes, ages and sizes.

You bet your “tail feather” it does! FeedFort arrives assembled. The only thing you need to do is install four AA batteries.

Because FeedFort uses photocell technology, it should be placed where it has access to the natural daylight cycle from morning through dusk.

Avoid placing the feeder in intense direct sunlight, which may affect its longevity. FeedFort is rain resistant, but chicken feed is not, so we recommend placing the feeder in a dry, protected location.

Thankfully, “chicken fights” generally aren't necessary. With three feeding openings, chickens can eat and strut off when they're finished.

Absolutely! FeedFort was developed for the “bird brains.” Chickens quickly learn where their food is available.

FeedFort is rain resistant; however, the food is not. We recommend placing the feeder in a dry, protected location.

FeedFort was designed for chickens; however, many of our customers have successfully used it with turkeys, geese and ducks.
